Captain (Retired) Randy Morgan is a proud Plum Mustang and Penn State Nittany Lion. He is an Eagle Scout and started his interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math with the Tech Explorers at the Monroeville Westinghouse Nuclear Fuels Division.
He served over 27 years of Active Duty as a Navy Special Warfare (SEAL) Officer. He completed SEAL Leadership positions at SEAL TEAM ONE, THREE, and FIVE – and was Commanding Officer of SEAL TEAM FIVE from 1998-2000. He served as the Chief of Staff for SPECIAL BOAT SQUADRON TWO, NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP ONE, NAVY SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND and EXPEDITIONARY STRIKE GROUP ONE.
He continued his Naval Service as the Director for Training and Readiness for the Navy’s 78 Bases worldwide.
He is currently President/Founder of GXM International. The firm delivers Executive Training and Defense Business Development for software companies. Captain Morgan was known for leading his 1000 Sit Up and 500 Push Up morning physical training.
He lives in Coronado, California and enjoys surfing, road cycling, and is a Fitness Coach for his daughter’s Cheer Squad.
